Founder

Founder of YavarKoosha, Mehdi Esmati, started his job in the meat processing industry in 1982 as the sales manager of Gooshtiran factory. After three years, the Sausage Procurement Company was established by meat processing companies in order to supply raw materials for all meat processing companies in Iran. He worked for ten years as a procurement manager of this company. Then in 1996, he established YavarKoosha with the goal of supplying wide range of raw materials demanded by meat processing companies.
